Chick Card Tutorial

I was in a line up at Micheals so I looked thru a kids craft book and found this! its so fun and easy to make with or for kids :)

ok first cut 2 pieces of white card stock. make them the same size so if you want a 4x4 card cut 2 pieces 4x8 :)

fold them both in half. Take one of the cards and make a line (the mouth) strait out from the fold. you can make small slits for small chicks big ones for bigger chicks and even more then one for chicks on top of each other!

Cut the lines and fold them back and forth on a diangle

When you open the card, push the folded beaks throw to the other side

Now use doubers or cotton balls and shad pink on the inside of the card you didn't cut. Also make fluffy chicks with yellow and maybe a darker yellow for the beak

now decorate the chicks I used a black pen and added feet, arms and eyes!

Now decorate the front of your card (the other paice of card stock) and then glue the two pieces together! (I hope I did good as I hate yellow so it was a bit of a strech for me to decorate a yellow card :)
